Souscaille (fresh Mango Appetizer) Recipe

Ingredients:
Hard green unripe mangoes,
SAUCE PIQUANTE
1 cup: Cold water,
1: Fresh hot green chili,
2: Garlic cloves, crushed
-finely chopped,
1/2 tsp: Salt,
-more to taste,
Freshly ground pepper,
1/4 cup: Lime juice,
Directions:
Peel the mango and cut it into thin slices. Marinate it in the hot
sauce for at least 10 minutes, longer if desired. The longer you
marinate the mango, the hotter it will be. This is traditionally
