Stuffed Eggs, Polish Style Recipe

Ingredients:
8: Eggs, hard-boiled, shelled
-minced,
1/4 cup: Sour cream,
Salt, to taste
2 tbsp: Chives or green onions,
Pepper, to taste
-chopped,
Paprika,
2 tbsp: Dill or parsley, fresh,

Directions:

Cut eggs into lengthwise halves. Remove yolks and mash. Mix with sour
cream, chives or onions, dill, salt and pepper. Stuff egg halves with
the mixture and sprinkle with paprika. Chill. Serves 8.
