Yummy Oatmeal Apple Squares - Butter Busters ^ Recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup: Liquid Butter Buds or,
1 t: Baking powder,
-Promise Ultra fatfree,
1 t: Baking soda,
-margarine,
1/4 t: Nutmeg,
1 cup: Firmly packed brown sugar*,
4 cup: Quick cooking oats,
1/2 cup: Egg Beaters,
2 cup: Peeled and diced green,
1/3 cup: Apple juice,
-apples,
2 t: Vanilla,
1/2 cup: Raisins,
1 1/2 cup: Whole wheat or white flour,
1 cup: Sugar**,
2 t: Cinnamon,
Directions:
*Or 1/2 cup brown sugar and 2 teaspoons Sweet n Low Brown **OR 1/2
cup sugar and 6 packets S&L Heat oven to 350. Spray Pam on a 15 1/2 x
10 1/2 x 1" pan. Combine Butter buds, brown sugar and sugar in a
large bowl. Beat at medium speed until well blended. Beat in Egg
Beaters, apple juice and vanilla. combine flour, cinnamon, baking
powder, baking soda and nutmeg. Mix into creamed mixture at low speed
until blended. Stir in oats, apples and raisins with a spoon. Spread
in pan. Bake at 350F for 30-35 minutes, or until brown and toothpick
in center comes out clean. Cool in pan on rack. Or, bake as muffins
for 15 minutes at 425F. These muffins make a great quick breakfast.
Bake a batch and store in the freezer for later use. You can heat up
the frozen muffins in the microwave for a quick breakfast or snack.
