Ingredients:
1 1/4 cup: Flour,
-Pinch of salt,
2 T: Sugar,
1: Egg,
1 t: Baking powder,
1/4 cup: Milk,
1 t: Ground cardamon,
-Oil for frying,
Directions:
Mix together the dry ingredients. Mix in egg and milk until well
blended. Roll out as for a jelly roll to about 3/4 inch thickness.
Cut using a doughnut cutter with center ring removed. Fry in hot
(365 degree) oil until golden brown. May roll in confectioners
