Chip Beef Casserole Recipe

Ingredients:
1 package: Macaroni, 8 oz., cook in
3 tbsp: Flour,
Unsalted water,
1 1/2 cup: Milk,
3 tbsp: Butter,
3/4 cup: Grated American cheese,
1/4 lbs: Chipped beef,
Pepper to taste,
1/4 cup: Chopped green pepper,
Directions:
Cook and drain macaroni. In a skillet put butter, beef and green
peppers, stir in flour a little at a time. Mix until smooth; then
add milk. Cook until thick, add cheese and melt. Pour sauce over
macaroni. Mix. Put in a buttered casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees
