Creole Style Fish Fillets Recipe

Ingredients:
1 lbs: Pollack Fish Fillets, thawed
1 tbsp: Onion, chopped
1 can: , (16 oz) Tomatoes & juice
1/3 cup: Green Pepper, chopped
1 tbsp: Lemon Juice,
1/2 centiliter: Garlic, minced
Directions:
Season fish fillets with salt and pepper to taste. Place in an
ungreased baking dish. Mix together tomatoes & juice, lemon juice,
onion, green pepper, and garlic. Pour over fish fillets. Bake in a
400
F oven. Spoon tomato mixture over fish several times during
baking. Fish is done when it flakes easily with a fork and is opaque
in the middle.
