Cresecent Cookies Recipe
Yield: 3 1/2 dozenRecipe by luhu.jp
Ingredients:
1 cup: Butter (or marg.), softened 2 1/4 c Flour, all-purpose
1/2 cup: Sugar,
1 cup: Pecans, chopped or almonds
2 tsp: Vanilla extract, OR
1 tsp: Red food coloring,
1/2 tsp: Almond extract,
Sugar,
1 tbsp: Water,
Directions:
Combine butter, sugar, vanilla, water and flour; blend well. Add
nuts and food coloring. Chill for several hours.
Shape into crescents or half-moons. Place on greased cookie sheets
and bake at 300 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Do not let cookies
brown. Roll in white or colored sugar.
