Orange Chocolate Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:
12 ounce: Evaporated milk,
1/2 cup: Frozen OJ concentrate, thaw
6 ounce: Semisweet chocolate chips,
2 cup: Sifted powdered sugar,
1/2 cup: Butter or margarine,
1 t: Orange extract,
Directions:
In medium saucepan, combine milk, chocolate chips, butter, and orange
juice concentrate. Stirring constantly, cook over low heat until
smooth. Increase heat to medium-high. Gradually stir in powdered
sugar and bring to a boil. Stirring contantly, reduce heat to
medium-low and boil 8 minutes. Remove from heat; stir in orange
extract. Cool to room temperature and store in airtight container in
refrigerator. Serve warm or cold over ice cream or cake. Source:
