Oven Stew Rbtn28a Recipe

Ingredients:
2 lbs: Stew meat,
1 each: Large onion sliced & seperat,
1/4 cup: Flour,
2 cup: Celery-large pieces,
1/4 cup: Oil,
4 each: Potatoes-cut in 1" cubes,
1 each: Clove minced garlic,
2 tbsp: Worcestershire sauce,
1/2 cup: Chili sauce,
1 tbsp: Lemon juice,
28 ounce: Sliced stewed tomatoes,
1 each: Salt & pepper as needed,

Directions:
Dredge meat in flour and saute in oil with garlic in a large dutch
oven. Add rest of the ingredients, stir well. Cook covered at 325*
for 1 1/2 hrs. Remove lid and bake 1 hr. more.
