Peanut Butter-honey Coated Chicken Recipe

Ingredients:
1/4 cup: Margarine,
1 tsp: Accent,
1/3 cup: Peanut butter, smooth
1 tsp: Salt,
2 tbsp: Honey,
1/2 tsp: Paprika,
2/3 cup: Milk, evaporated
6: Chicken drumsticks,
6 tbsp: Cornmeal,
6: Chicken thighs,
6 tbsp: Flour, all-purpose
Directions:
Melt margarine in foil-lined baking pan at 375 degrees; remove from
oven.
Blend peanut butter, honey, and milk until smooth; set aside. Combine
cornmeal, flour, Accent, salt, and paprika. Dip chicken pieces in
peanut butter mixture; coat well in cornmeal mixture. Place chicken
in margarine and bake at 375 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes; turn
chicken and bake 15 to 20 minutes longer.
