Souped Up Hamburger Recipe

Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients:
2 lbs: Ground beef,
1 can: Mushroom soup,
1 package: Fresh or frozen broccoli,
1 can: Onion rings,
1 can: Chicken and rice soup,
8 ounce: Mozzarella or cheddar cheese,

Directions:
While browning ground beef, cook broccoli. Mix soups together and
heat. Place half of browned beef into an 8 x 10 inch casserole dish,
covering bottom of dish. Layer in half the broccoli, chopped onion
rings, cheese and soup. Repeat layers.

Bake in a 350 F oven until mixture bubbles.

Serves 4 to 6.
