Vinegar Candy Recipe

Ingredients:
2 cup: Sugar,
1/2 cup: Vinegar,
2 tbsp: Butter,
1/2 cup: Nuts, Chopped

Directions:
1. Combine sugar, vinegar and butter in a heavy saucepan.

2. Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture reaches 270 degrees on a candy
thermometer or to the hard crack stage.

3. Fold in nuts and pour onto a buttered cookie sheet.

4. Mark into squares while warm.

5. This is an excellent hard candy.
