Apples, Berries, And Yams (low Fat) Recipe

Ingredients:
2 tbsp: Butter or margarine,
OR 2 tablespoons olive oil,
3: Apples, peeled and cut
Into chunks,
1 can: Yams, drained, 23 ounces
1/2 tsp: Ground nutmeg,
1 can: Whole-berry cranberry,
Sauce,
, 16 ounces
1/2 cup: Orange marmalade,
Yield: 8-10 servings.,

Directions:
Apples, Berries And Yams

In a skillet, melt butter (or heat oil) over medium heat. Saut

apples
until crisp-tender. Place apples and yams in a greased 3-qt. casserole.
Sprinkle with the nutmeg. Combine cranberry sauce and marmalade. Spoon over
yams. Bake at 350

F for 30 minutes.
