West Coast Wonder Recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup: Hoist sauce,
1/2 cup: Rice vinegar,
1/4 cup: Soy sauce,
2 tbsp: Dijon mustard,
2 tsp: Fresh ginger root, minced
1 tsp: Ground Anise seeds,
2 Cloves: garlic, minced
Directions:
Combine the ingredients together in a saucepan and warm them over low heat
for about 10 minutes. Serve the sauce hot or at room temperature. It keeps,
refrigerated, for several weeks.
