1 3/4 cup: Bread flour,
1/4 cup: Whole wheat flour,
1 tsp: Salt,
2 tbsp: Sugar,
1 tbsp: Butter,
1 tbsp: Dry milk, (Or Equiv Liquid
, Milk, Adj Water)
1 tsp: Yeast,
1/4 cup: Raisins,
1 3/4 ounce: Pecans, Crushed

Directions:
This is for a medium (1 lb) loaf for the Hitachi. The raisins and pecans
are added after the first kneading, about 25 minutes into the cycle.
