Whitefish Rolls Recipe

Ingredients:
3 slice: Bacon,
1: Finely diced carrot,
1: Finely diced celery stalk,
1: Finely diced small onion,
1 cup: Grated havarti,
6: Whitefish fillets,
2 tbsp: Butter,
2 cup: MORNAY sauce,
Directions:
Heat oven to 350. Finely dice bacon & saute. Add vegetables & sauce
until tender. Allow to cool. Combine mixture with cheese. Press
cheese mixture onto each fillet & roll. Bake in buttered pan for
15-20 minutes. Remove from oven, place on plates & cover with heated
Mornay.
