Yum Yum Cake #2 Recipe

Ingredients:
2 cup: Sugar,
2 cup: Flour,
2: Eggs,
2 tsp: Baking soda,
2 cup: Crushed pineapple,
ICING
1 cup: Sugar,
1 Stick: butter or margarine,
1 can: , (small) evaporated milk
1 cup: Coconut,
1 cup: Pecans,
1 tsp: Vanilla,

Mix all ingredients together, bake in a large sheet cake pan at 350 about
20 minutes or until a golden brown.
Icing: Boil sugar, butter and milk for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and add
coconut, pecans, and vanilla. Mix well, pour on hot cake.
