Chinese Chicken Pasta Recipe

Ingredients:
1 tbsp: Vegetable oil,
1/2 lbs: Shiitake mushrooms, stems removed and caps sliced
1 tbsp: Finely chopped fresh ginger,
1/2 tsp: Minced garlic,
1 cup: Chicken broth,
2 tbsp: Soy sauce,
1 1/2 tsp: Asian sesame oil,
1/4 tsp: Freshly ground pepper,
2 cup: Diced cooked chicken,
1/4 cup: Sliced green onions,
1 bunch: Spinach, (10 oz.), washed and chopped
1 lbs: Spaghetti, cooked according to package directions

Directions:
Heat vegetable oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add mushrooms;
cook 5 minutes. Add ginger and garlic; cook 1 minute more. Add chicken
broth, soy sauce, sesame oil and pepper; bring to boil and cook 1 minute.
Add cooked chicken, green onions and spinach. Toss with hot pasta.
