Lasagna Ole Recipe

Ingredients:
1 lbs: Ground round,
2 tbsp: Butter,
1 medium: Onion, chopped
1 can: , (10oz) tomatoes with green chilis
1 can: (10oz) tomatoes, diced
1 can: , (8oz) tomato sauce
1 package: Taco seasoning mix,
15: Flour tortilla,
1 lbs: Monterey jack cheese, grated
1 1/2 cup: Sour cream,
1 2/3 cup: Fresh parmesan cheese, grated
1/4 cup: Ripe olives, sliced
Directions:
Brown meat and onion in butter. Mix tomatoes and taco seasonings. Stir in
meat. Simmer 30 minutes. In 8x12 inch pan put a layer of tortillas, top
with meat sauce, cheese, sour cream, and parmesan. make three layers. Bake
for 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Garnish with olives.
