Old-fashioned Lemon Ice Cream Recipe

Ingredients:
1 tsp: Grated lemon peel,
1/4 cup: Fresh lemon juice,
1 cup: Sugar,
4 ounce: Egg beaters or egg substitut,
2 1/2 cup: Half-and-half,
1 dash: Salt,

Combine ingredients in a blender or food processor and process until
smooth. Cover and refrigerate until ready to freeze. Pour into the ice
cream maker and follow the manufacturers instructions for freezing.
