Orange-almond Biscotti Recipe

Ingredients:
2 cup: All-purpose flour, unbleached
1 tsp: Baking powder,
1/4 tsp: Salt,
4 tbsp: Unsalted butter,
1 cup: Sugar,
2 large: Eggs,
1/2 tsp: Vanilla extract,
1/4 tsp: Almond extract,
3/4 cup: Whole almonds with skin, toasted and coarsely chopped
2 tbsp: Minced zest from 1 orange,
Directions:
1. Sift first 3 ingredients together in a small bowl.
2. Beat butter and sugar together in bowl of electric mixer until light and
smooth; add eggs one at a time; then extracts. Stir in almonds and zest.
Sift dry ingredients over egg mixture, then fold in until dough is just
mixed.
3. Follow steps 3 and 4 in Lemon-Anise Biscotti recipe.
