Oven-fried Herb Chicken Recipe

Yield: 4 Servings

Ingredients:
1/2 cup: LAND O LAKES Butter,
1 1/2 cup: Herb-seasoned stuffing mix,
2 tbsp: Dried parsley flakes,
2 tsp: Rubbed or ground sage,
1/2 tsp: Garlic powder,
1: (2 1/2, 3 lb)
Frying chicken,
Cut into 8 pieces,

Directions:
1. Heat oven to 350. In 13x 8 inch baking pan melt butter in over (5
minutes). Meanwhile, in 9 inch pie pan combine stuffing mix, parsley,
sage, and garlic powder; mix well. 2. Dip chicken pieces into melted
butter, then roll in seasoned crumb mixture to coat. Place, skin-side up,
in prepared pan. Sprinkle with remaining crumbs. 3. Bake for 70 to 80
minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.
