Chili ( Mescalero ) Recipe

Ingredients:
3 lb: rough ground beef,
2 lb: rough ground pork,
2 medium: onions chopped,
5 cloves: of garlic minced,
2 tablespoon: oy sauce,
1 tablespoon: absco sauce,
2 cup: omato sauce,
1/2 cup: omato paste,
1/2 cup: hopped bell pepper (green),
1/2 cup: hopped bell pepper (red),
5: whole jalapeno~ peppers,
6 tablespoon: asa harina,
1: 12 oz. beer,
12 oz: water,
3 tablespoon: f ground cumin,
1 teaspoon: oney,

Directions:
Put beer and water into a large pot and bring to a boil. Add tomato
sauce, soy sauce, and salt to taste. Fry meat & then add to pot.
Saute the onions and Bell peppers in the meat grease and add to pot.
Add tomato paste and all other ingredients. Cook for 45 minutes
stirring often.

Yield: 8 servings
