Chili ( Mouth Of Hell ) Recipe

Ingredients:
1 lg.: onion chopped,
2 tablespoon: peanut oil,
2 lb: rough ground beef brisket,
2 cup: stewed tomatos,
1 1/2 cup: tomato sauce,
1 teaspoon: molasses,
1 tablespoon: ground cumin,
2 teaspoon: paprika,
1 cup: (12oz.) beer,
3 cloves: garlic crushed,
5 tablespoon: hot chili powder,
1 teaspoon: salt to taste,
2 tablespoon: cayenne flakes (min. 2 tbls,
2 tablespoon: masa harina,
1 oz: tequila 150 proof,
Directions:
Saute the onion & garlic in the oil. Add the meat and saute meat is
browned. Add all remaining ingredients except the Tequila & cook for
1 hour 15 minutes. When you serve it pour the 150proof Tequila over
the top of the chili in the
