Harvest Cake From Mike & Chris Perry Recipe

Ingredients:
4 cup: apples, cut up,
2 cup: sugar,
2: eggs,
1 cup: oil,
1: cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves,
1 cup: nuts,
1 teaspoon: baking soda,
3 cup: flour,
Directions:
Add the sugar to the cut up apples. Add spices. Then add the rest of
the ingredients to the mixture, mix well, and pour into a large
lightly greased bundt pan. Bake at 350F for about 1 hour (more or
less) or until done and lightly brown. You can dust this with
confectioners sugar, or serve with whipped cream. Can be served warm
or cold.
