Basic Garlic Salad Dressing And Marinade Recipe

1/4 cup: extra virgin olive oil,
2 tablespoon: white or red wine vinegar,
2 centiliter: garlic, minced or squeezed through, a press
1/4 teaspoon: freshly ground pepper,
1: salt to taste,
