Cottage Beef Bake Recipe

Ingredients:
5 oz: noodles, medium,
1 lb: ground beef,
8 oz: tomato sauce,
1 teaspoon: salt,
1/4 teaspoon: garlic salt,
1/8 teaspoon: pepper,
1 cup: cottage cheese,
1 cup: sour cream,
1/2 cup: onion, chopped
3/4 cup: cheese, cheddar, shredded

Directions:
Cook noodles according to package directions; drain and rinse.

Saute ground beef until lightly browned; drain. Add tomato sauce,
salt, garlic salt, and pepper; simmer 5 minutes. Combine cottage
cheese, sour cream, onion, and noodles.

Spread half of noodle mixture in a lightly greased 2-quart casserole;
top with half of meat sauce. Repeat layers; top with cheese. Bake at
350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or until bubbly and cheese is melted.
