Herb Wine Marinade Recipe

Ingredients:
2/3 cup: white wine,
1 teaspoon: dried tarragon leaves,
1/4 teaspoon: dried rosemary, crushed,
1/4 teaspoon: dried thyme leaves,
2 tablespoon: vegetable oil,
1 tablespoon: finely chopped fresh garlic,
Directions:
In medium bowl stir together all marinade ingredients. Use to marinate 2
pounds meat (chicken, pork or beef). Cook as desired. Yield: 3/4 cup.
