Parsley-tomato Dressing Recipe

Ingredients:
1/4 cup: tomato juice,
pinch of cayenne pepper,
1/4 cup: red wine vinegar,
1/2 tsp: fresh oregano,
1 tbsp: minced onion,
1/2 tsp: black pepper,
1/4 cup: chopped fresh parsley,
1/2 cup: fresh or canned tomatoes, chopped
1 clove: garlic, minced
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Process until
smooth.
