Kanom Mokang Muang Petch (coconut Custard) Recipe

Ingredients:
1 can: Coconut milk, 14oz
4: Eggs, well-beaten
1/2 cup: Sugar, granulated
1/4 cup: Milk, evaporated
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F. Combine coconut milk, eggs,
sugar and evaporated milk. Pour into a pot and cook
over medium heat for 10 minutes until it becomes a
smooth sauce. Pour slowly into a 9x9 pan and bake
about 30 minutes at 350F.
