Lebanese Grilled Eggplant Recipe

Ingredients:
1 medium: Eggplant, sliced 1/2"
Thick,
1/2 cup: Italian dressing, bottled
3/4 cup: Plain low-fat yogurt,

Directions:
About an hour before you light the grill slice the eggplant and place
it in a collander in the sink.. When you start the fire marinatethe
eggplantt in Italian Dressing. I use a large ziplocked bag. When the
fire is hot grill until soft and nicely browned. Serve with yogurt.
