Lemon-pineapple Sherbet (m_c-tx) Recipe

Ingredients:
2/3 cup: Granulated sugar,
1/2 cup: Pineapple juice, or crushed pineapple
1 tbsp: Lemon juice, 2 is better
1 tsp: Lemon rind grated,
1 pint: Milk,

Directions:
Mix and freeze. If freezing in refrigerator, stir several times.
This is simple but very good.
