Mexican Pepper Chicken Recipe

Ingredients:
1 Medium: Onion, chopped
1 Clove: Garlic, crushed
2 tbsp: Vegetable Oil,
1 tbsp: Chili Powder,
1 tbsp: Crushed Red Peppers,
1 lbs: Boneless & Skinless Chicken,
Cut into strips,
1 Each: Green & Red Pepper,
Cut into strips,
1 cup: Chili Sauce,
2 tbsp: Red Wine Vinegar,
Cooked Rice *,
Directions:
Cook and stir onion and garlic in hot oil until onion is softened. Add
chili powder and crushed red peppers and cook gently 5 min longer,
stirring occasionally. Add chicken and cook over medium heat for 5
min, stirring frequently. Add peppers, chili sauce and wine vinegar,
bring to a boil and simmer for 15 min, stirring occasionally. Serve
over cooked rice.
Chili rice mix can be substituted for plain rice.
