Cauliflower With Vinegar Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:
1 each: Onion, chopped
2 each: Garlic cloves finely chopped,
1 cup: Green bell pepper, chopped
1 1/2 tsp: Olive oil,
3 1/2 cup: Cauliflower florets,
3 tbsp: Vegetable stock,
3 tbsp: White wine vinegar,
2 tsp: Paprika,
1 tsp: Cumin, ground
1/4 tsp: Salt,

Directions:
Saute the onion, garlic & bell pepper in oil for 3 minutes. They
should all be slightly softened. Add the rest of the ingredients,
cover & simmer until the cauliflower is tender, no longer than 10
minutes. Ser e immediately.
