Caviar Potatoes Recipe

Ingredients:
7 small: New potatoes,
2 1/2 cup: Boiling water,
1/2 cup: Plus 1 Tbsp. commercial sour,
Cream,
About 2-1/2 tsp. black,
Caviar,
About 2-1/2 tsp. gold caviar,
Drained,
Directions:
Cook potatoes in boiling water for 15 minutes or until tender. Drain
and chill.
Slice potatoes crosswise into 1/4 inch slices. Place potato slices
on a serving platter. Top each slice with about 3/4 tsp. sour cream
and about 1/2 tsp. caviar. Yield: about 3 dozen
