Chicken With Snow Peas Recipe

Ingredients:
1/3 cup: Soy sauce,
2 tbsp: Lime juice,
2 tbsp: Water,
1 1/2 tbsp: Cornstarch,
1 lbs: Boneless chicken breast or thigh meat, cut into bite-size pieces
8 ounce: Fresh mushrooms, cleaned and sliced
1/2 lbs: Fresh snow peas,
3 cup: Cooked rice,
Directions:
Combine soy sauce, lime juice, water and cornstarch in a 2 qt. round
casserole. Stir chicken and mushrooms into soy sauce mixture. Cover
and stirring midway through cooking, microwave on high 7 to 8
minutes. Add snow peas, cover and microwave on high 2 minutes or
until snow peas are tender crisp. Serve over a bed of fluffy rice,
garnishing with lime wedges or slices of lime.
Makes 4 servings.
