Ingredients:
1 cup: Sugar,
1 tsp: Allspice,
8 tbsp: Margarine,
1 cup: Raisins,
3 cup: Flour,
1 cup: Chopped dates,
1 tsp: Cinnamon,
Eggs,
2 cup: Persimmon pulp,
2 cup: Nuts,
1 tsp: Nutmeg,
1 tsp: Baking powder,

Directions:
Cream margarine and sugar;add eggs.Mix all dry ingredients.Add
persimmon pulp to egg and sugar mix.Gradually add flour mixture.Add
raisins,chopped dates and nuts.Bake at 325F for 1-1 1/2 hours.Test
with toothpick so you dont overcook.Makes a very moist cake. Recipe
