Pineapple Orange Pie^ Recipe

Ingredients:
CRUST,
2 cup: Oat bran flakes, crushed to
One cup,
3 tbsp: Orange juice concentrate,
1 tsp: No sugar added orange,
Marmalade,
FILLING,
1 Envelope: unflavored gelatin,
1 tsp: Unflavored gelatin,
1/2 cup: Water,
MIXED WITH,
1/2 cup: Orange juice concentrate,
5: Ice cubes,
1/2 cup: Crushed unsweetened,
Pineapple,
2 tsp: No sugar added orange,
Marmalade,
1 cup: Lowfat yogurt,

Directions:
Preheat oven to 400F. Spray a 7 or 8" glass pie plate with pam and set
aside. Combine crust ingredients and press into pie plate. Cover
edges with foil and bake 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 250F. and bake
another 4-5 minutes. Set aside to cool. Sprinkle gelatin over
water/orange juice and heat until dissolved. Add ice cubes and stir
until melted. Add pineapple and marmalade. Whisk in yogurt. Pour into
crust and chill until firm.
