Double-nutted Banana Bread Recipe

Ingredients:
2 cup: Flour,
1 tsp: Baking Soda,
1/2 tsp: Salt,
1/2 cup: Butter Or Margarine,
Softened,
1 cup: Sugar,
2: Eggs,
1/4 tsp: Vanilla,
2 medium: Rip Bananas, Mashed
1/4 cup: Cold Water,
1 1/2 cup: Walnuts, Chopped Fine

Directions:
Mix flour, soda and salt; set aside. In large bowl cream butter and
sugar. Beat eggs until light and fluffy. Beat in vanilla and bananas.
Add flour mixture; beat just until blended. Add water; beat just to
blend. Stir in walnuts. Turn into greased 9x5 inch loaf pan. Bake in
preheated 350 degree oven 1 hour and 10 minutes or until pick
inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan on rack 5 minutes.
Turn out on rack to cool completely
