Sauteed Spinach & Red Peppers Recipe

Ingredients:
1 tbsp: Olive oil,
1 tsp: Olive oil,
2 medium: Red bell peppers,
2 each: Garlic cloves, sliced
1 pinch: Crushed red pepper flakes,
8 cup: Steamed rinsed spinach,
1/4 tsp: Salt,
Directions:
* Seed bell peppers and cut into strips. ** Do not dry spinach.
1. In large skillet, heat oil. Add bell pepers, garlic, and pepper
flakes. Cook stirring frequently for 3-4 minutes.
2. Add spinach, with water still clinging to the leaves to the
skillet. Sprinkle with salt. Increase heat to medium-high and cook,
stirring occasionally, 3 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
Each half cup serving provides: 1/2 FA and 2V.
