Sauteed Zucchini With Herbs Recipe

2: Zucchini, sliced 1/2" thick
2 tbsp: Water,
1/4 tsp: Dried leaf thyme, crumbled
1/8 tsp: Dried leaf mint, crumbled
1 tsp: Butter or margarine,
Directions:
Coat nonstick skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Saute zucchini
until lightly browned, 1 minute. Add water, thyme, mint; cook 2-3
minutes until tender. Add butter.
