Steak Diane Dijon Recipe

Ingredients:
1 lbs: Boneless sirloin steak, 1/4"
2 tbsp: Dijon mustard,
Freshly ground black pepper,
3 tbsp: Butter or margarine,
1/4 cup: Finely minced fresh onion,
1 Medium: clove garlic, minced
1 cup: Sliced fresh mushrooms,
1/2 cup: Beef broth,
1/4 cup: Brandy,
Directions:
Pound steak to 1/8" thickness.Coat one side of steak with
mustard.Sprinkle with pepper.Roll steak to coat both sides.Set
aside.In a large skillet,melt butter.Add onion and garlic.Cook until
onion is tender.Stir in mushrooms and broth.Cook to reduce
slightly.Unroll steak.Place in sauce.Cook as desired,turning
once.Pour brandy over all.Ignite carefully.When flame dies,serve
immediately.
