Tyler Texas Chili Recipe

Yield: 6 Servings

Ingredients:
2 lbs: Ground round,
2: Bay leaves,
3 large: Onions,
2 can: , (28 oz) tomatoes
7 Cloves: garlic,
1 medium: Bell pepper, diced
3 tsp: Ground cumin,
2 can: , (12 oz) tomato paste
3 tsp: Cayenne pepper,
1 can: , (28 oz) chili beans
1 tbsp: Red pepper flakes,
3 ounce: Canned jalapeno peppers,
5 tbsp: Chili powder sliced,

Directions:
Brown beef, onions, and bell pepper. Add garlic. When browned add
rest of the ingredients except beans and jalapenos. Simmer for 2
hours. Add beans and jalapeno peppers and simmer for one hour longer.
