Buttermilk Oatmeal Bread Recipe
Yield: 1 1.5 lb.Recipe by luhu.jp
Ingredients:
1 tsp: Yeast,
3/4 tsp: Salt,
1 cup: Toasted rolled oats,
2 3/4 cup: Bread flour,
1 tbsp: Butter,
2 tbsp: Honey,
1 1/4 cup: Buttermilk,
Directions:
Add ingredients according to manufacturers directions.

Notes: EXCELLENT loaf, tested in DAK "R2D2" on sweet bread cycle, light
crust setting, using buttermilk powder and water in place of liquid
buttermilk, light crust setting. As a homemade mix (all ingredients but
water in a zip-loc bag), baked up fine after up to 2 weeks in refrigerator.
