Zupa Migdalowa - Almond Soup Recipe

Ingredients:
5 cup: Milk,
1/2 lbs: Almonds, blanched, and finely ground
1 tsp: Almond extract,
2 cup: Cooked riced,
1/3 cup: Sugar,
1/4 cup: Raisins or currants,

Directions:
1. Heat milk just to simmering in a large saucepan. 2. Add all the
ingredients; stir until well mixed. Cook over low heat 3 to 5
minutes. 3. Serve hot as is traditional for Christmas, or chill
before serving.
