Maple Apple Bulgar Pilaf Recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup: Apple juice,
1/2 tsp: Cinnamon,
1/2 cup: Bulgar,
1/2: Apple, skinned, cored and
Chopped,
1/4 cup: Sultane raisons,
1 tbsp: Maple syrup or to taste,
Directions:
In a small saucepan, combine apple juice and cinnamon; bring to a
boil over high heat. Stir in bulgar and reduce to low; simmer covered
for 10 minutes until the liquid is absorbed by the bulgar but is a
little tender and chewy. Remove saucepan from heat and let stand for
5 minutes covered. Stir in apple and sultanas and syrup. Serve hot.
