Chocolate Truffle Torte Recipe

Ingredients:

CHOCOLATE TRUFFLE TORTE. IT
1 lbs: Bittersweet chocolate,
1 cup: Unsalted butter,
6 large: Eggs,
1 ounce: Of your favourite liquer,
Directions:
In a large metal bowl over hot water combine the chocolate and the butter
and let melt. Heat the eggs whisking constantly over hot water untill
tripled in volume. Fold the chocolate into the eggs one half at a time.
Add the liquer and pour into a greased and floured springform pan. Place
the springform pan into a hot water bath and bake uncovered for 5 min.
Cover loosely with buttered foil and continue baking for 10 more min. Let
cool on rack and then in fridge about 3 hours.
To un mold wrap a plate in plastic wrap and have serving plate ready.
Remove springforms side and invert onto the plastic wraped plate. Remove
bottom of pan and inver onto serving plate. garnish with confectioners
sugar or serve with a berry coulis.
