Triple Chocolate Fudge Recipe

4 1/2 cup: Sugar,
1/2 cup: Butter,
1 can: Evaporated milk, 12 oz.
4 1/2 cup: Miniature marshmallows,
3 package: Sweet baking chocolate, cut into pieces, 4 oz size
1 package: Semi-sweet chocolate chips, 12 oz. size
2 ounce: Unsweetened chocolate, cut into pieces
2 tsp: Vanilla,
1/4 tsp: Almond extract,
1 cup: Walnuts, or pecans, chopped

Directions:
Line 15x10x1" baking pan with foil; grease foil. In
large saucepan, combine sugar, butter and evaporated
milk; cook and stir over medium heat until sugar
dissolves. Bring to a full boil, stirring constantly.
Boil uncovered over medium heat without stirring for 5
minutes.

Remove pan from heat; stir in marshmallows until
melted. Add sweet chocolate, chocolate chips and
unsweetened chocolate, stirring constantly until all
chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth. Stir in
vanilla, almond extract and walnuts. Quickly spread
in greased foil-lined pan. Cool completely. Cut into
squares. 60 squares (5 pounds)
