Triple Layer Fudge Cake Recipe

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup: Sugar,
3/4 cup: Margarine,
3: Eggs,
2 1/4 cup: Flour cake,
1/4 tsp: Salt,
3/4 cup: Cocoa,
1 t: Baking powder,
1 cup: Cold Water,
1/2 tsp: Vanilla,
2 1/2 cup: Icing Butter Cream,
Directions:
1. Cream sugar and margarine until light.
2. Beat in eggs one at a time.
3. Combine cake flour, salt, cocoa and baking powder.
4. Add dry ingredients alternately with water to creamed mixture.
5. Stir in vanilla.
6. For each cake, line 3 pans with wax paper. Divide batter evenly
between pans.
7. Bake at 325 for 30-35 minutes until just done. DO NOT OVERBAKE!
8. Let cakes cool 10 minutes. Turn out on rack. When cool, ice each layer
top and stack 3 high. Finish icing sides and top of cake.
