Heads Up Ranch Salad Recipe

Ingredients:
1 large: Broccoli,
1/2 cup: Raisins,
-cut into flowerettes,
2/3 cup: Three cheese dressing,
1: Carrot, cut in
-, Kraft
-julienne strips,
-, use diabetic dressing
1/2 cup: Red onion, chopped
Directions:
Mix vegetables and raisins. One hour before serving, pour dressing over
salad; toss lighly. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Makes 4 servings.
